Proper nutrition is essential for achieving your fitness goals. I will provide guidance and support to help you make healthy food choices and develop a sustainable eating plan. This portion of the full coaching includes:
Custom nutrition protocols that work for you and your lifestyle
Calculated macro and calorie targets, and protocols that meet you where you are at currently to insure realistic changes
MyFitnessPal review by Coach Bailey to optimize overall nutrition
Education and resources through our learning course to make this a long-term solution, not just another quick fix
Access to our Registered Dietitian when needed, to insure that your nutrition plan is optimal for your goals and overall health
I offer personalized one-on-one training sessions to help you stay motivated and on track. We'll work together to achieve your fitness goals and make progress every step of the way. Included in the full coaching is:
Initial 60-min game planning call with Coach Bailey
Weekly check-ins with video response from Coach Bailey to go over your week of protocols, giving new weekly homework, providing feedback, answering questions, etc.
Text communication with Coach Bailey 5 days/week
Monthly 15-min Zoom call with Coach Bailey

If you're looking for more flexibility in your fitness routine, I offer online coaching services. We'll work together virtually to develop a plan that fits your lifestyle and helps you achieve your goals.
Understand that coaching is an investment to you and your health. In our time together, I will help you create sustainable habits, you will have a roadmap for our time together on exactly how we will meet your goals, and a month-to-month gameplan for your workouts and nutrition. Everything is completely customized to you and we take the time to create a plan that fits into your lifestyle. Our goal is to teach you as much as possible, so that you know exactly what to do in the future and not just during your time with BuildByB.
Full coaching is $489/month for a minimum 6-month commitment. After the initial 6-months, it’s month-to-month until you cancel.
