  • Text Communication: Direct access to Coach Bailey 5 days a week for ongoing support and guidance.
  • Monthly Zoom Calls: A 15-minute video call each month to dive deeper into your progress and adjust your plan as needed.
  • Client Community Chat: Connect with a supportive group of like-minded women for encouragement, tips, and shared wins.
